Research Consultant

Elisabeth has been an end-to-end primary research consultant for over 10 years, with emphasis on customer experience and omni-channel product development in CPG, digital media, tech, and health verticals. She has served as an in-house research manager for several companies as well as for a renowned international research agency, providing expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research design, instrument development, data collection, and analysis. She holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology.
