Marc Silverberg

Managing Director

Marc has 20 years of experience leading Sales & Marketing teams in marketing, digital media and business development at top CPG brand and Ad-Tech companies.  He has an extensive background in strategy, marketing research, and product development for both consumer & B2B markets. 

His experience includes developing and launching dozens of new products & services, as well as managing and consulting on a breadth of marketing strategy, marketing research, digital marketing, and quantitative analytics projects. Marc holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a BA from UCLA.

Peter Byrne

Strategy Advisor

Peter has 25+ years of global strategic management experience working on both the client-side and the consulting side.  During his corporate career, he was the VP Marketing for Pearson PLC, where he led marketing for the launch of Pearson’s Learning Network. Prior to this role, he worked at Unilever Foods, Seagram, Del Monte Foods and Mattel Interactive.  

Peter is a graduate of Duke University and the Kellogg School of Graduate Management. He resides in Woodland Hills, CA with his wife, two dogs and cat. He is a founder and board member for the Kevin Gray Memorial Foundation, a charity developed to raise and administer scholarships in musical theater education in honor of the musical theater performer Kevin Gray, his career and his passion for musical theater.

Karen Beus

Research Consultant

Karen has worked in the market research industry for nearly two decades, initially on the client side at a leading network software provider. She focused mainly on customer experience studies and was responsible for all phases of survey research, from questionnaire design to analysis and reporting, managing global market research efforts for both qualitative and quantitative projects. Nearly ten years ago, Karen moved to the supplier side and has focused on the research management role for end-to-end quant projects, providing expertise to both B2B and B2C clients in the areas of questionnaire design and insights/reporting. Karen holds a BS in Statistics/Business and an MS in Statistics from Brigham Young University.

Dr. Elisabeth Morgan Thompson

Research Consultant

Elisabeth has been an end-to-end primary research consultant for over 10 years, with emphasis on customer experience and omni-channel product development in CPG, digital media, tech, and health verticals.

She has served as an in-house research manager for several companies as well as for a renowned international research agency, providing expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research design, instrument development, data collection, and analysis. She holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology.

Margie Nanninga

Research Consultant

Margie has over a decade of experience from past roles at IRI, Mintel, and Kantar Media in addition to her MBA. Clients have ranged from solopreneurs to small businesses to enterprise-level corporations/Fortune 500’s, and in a range of industries including ad agencies, software, CPG manufacturers, and services providers. She also authored Mintel Reports at Mintel. With experience in industries such as Beauty, Personal Care, Food, Tech/Software, and Household products Margie has been quoted as an expert in a range of media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, The Chicago Tribune, The Washington Post, Fast Company, MarketWatch, and Fortune, and CBS News

Bryan Meadan

Development and UX

Bryan holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and worked for 20 years in social science research, informal education and founding and managing several web-based start-ups, as well as brick and mortar companies.

He has worked for decades and web programmer and specializes in open source content Management systems.
